No kids on floor without permission
Rack your weights when done
Use a towel, keep good hygiene and a clean gym
Step back and give people space
Share equipment and allow people to work in
Don’t drop weights, that’s how they break.
Texting or looking at your feed does not build muscle
No curling in the squat rack
No flip flops or lifting barefoot
No jeans or cutoffs
Leave your ego at the door
